All orders are shipped via Australia Post

Delivery speeds & coverage

Same state: 2 – 5 business days

Interstate (metro to metro): 3 – 6 business days

Delivery network covers most addresses within Australia

Tracking information will be provided to you once your order is shipped.

(For pre-order case, your order should be dispatched 3 weeks after order made.)

 

Please note: Additional time may be required at customs when crossing the border. Add additional 5-7 business days for areas outside of major urban centres.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All online PRE- ORDER orders will be mailed out within 28 days from order date, unless there is an unexpected delay. Please note that orders placed during a sale period may take a few extra days to ship due to increased order volume.

Any returned mail due to address errors by the customer, the order will be resent only if the new shipping costs have been paid by the customer.  

For non-deliveries / deliveries to wrong addresses due to address errors by the customer, Brandhannah Australia does not assume responsibility to send out the order again.
